Establishing a training programme for site managers, graduates and foreman in project planning . Teaching Primavera P3 & Suretrak and planning software. Reviewing and implementing change in planning culture.

PromanMace, Kuwait (MACE UK Joint Venture)

Planning Manager

November 2004 - April 2005

Planning manager for a project management joint venture company working on 7 major projects in Kuwait. Working with other team members including project managers to provide a comprehensive planning function for all projects. The projects were upwards of $100m, including a beach resort, 55 storey office and 15 storey hotel complex, World Island Australia, and standalone hotels and office developments.
